Dogs Welcome On Our Outdoor Patio

In accordance with health code guidelines, only service animals that are specifically trained to assist a person with disabilities are permitted inside the restaurant.

Service animals are not permitted to sit on your lap or on the furniture. They must remain on the floor at all times.

Max's Etiquette Tips For Dogs

1. Make sure your pooch is well-behaved around other people and children.

2. Barking will not be tolerated.

3. Leash your four-legged friend and keep him or her from socializing with diners, employees, and other pets.

4. Please keep your dog close to your table or chair, so he/she is not in the walkway

5. Dogs are not allowed on chairs or tables.

6. Bring your own doggie bowl, or ask for a plastic bowl or cup for water. Pets are not permitted to eat or drink out of restaurant glasses or dishes.

7. Remember to please be in control of your pets leash at all time.

8. We have 5 tables that accommodate pets-please call ahead to request a pet-friendly table.

9. There are complimentary disposable dog bags located in the center of the park for pets that would like to take care of business. Please use them.
