Summer Wine Dinner

Don't miss out on exclusive 5-course dinner presented by Executive Chef Mike Casari. Each course has been expertly paired with fine wines from Napa Valley's Huneeus Vintners. A wine expert will be on-site to will walk you through each course. 

Wed. July 20. Event begins at 6:30pm. Guests will be greeted with with an amuse bouche and welcome wine. Dinner will begin at 7pm where the 5-courses will be presented by Chef Mike.

Amuse Bouche - Shrimp Stuffed Squash Blossom paired with Flowers, Rose

1st Course - Grilled Romaine with crispy coppa, parmesan tuile, white anchovy, & toasted focaccia pave paired with Flowers, Chardonnay.

2nd Course - Chef's House Made Charcuterie & Cheese Board paired with Benton Lane, Pinot Noir

3rd Course - Half Roasted Quail with fava beans, English peas, crispy saucisson sec, mustard jus, pickled grape paired with Faust, Cabernet Sauvignon

4th Course - Quincey Ranch (Florida) Prime Ribeye with roasted trumpet mushrooms, potato confit and horseradish crème fraiche paired with The Pact, Cabernet Sauvignon

Dessert Course - Blueberry & Corn Flan with grilled corn and blueberry jam paired with Leviathan, Red Blend
