We have a variety of positions for our restaurant sites, ranging from entry-level to management. We look for people who are passionate about great food, wine and service. We genuinely care about the guests and treat them like guests in our own home.
Servers
Max's Grille needs energetic, team-oriented people as Servers! Our Servers believe in providing a great experience to every guest. They are friendly - smile, outgoing, with good communication skills, polite to guests, co-workers, managers, and are enthusiastic salespersons. They are fast - organized, able to think and act quickly and effectively, with a sense of urgency and timing. They have knowledge - are customer sensitive, quality conscious, setting high standards, and display integrity and honesty. They have a neat appearance - taking pride in personal appearance and appearance of work area.
Management
Our management teams are passionate about providing a quality experience and environment for both our guests and our employees. Great leaders in our company enjoy a benefit and bonus program. Two years minimun experience required.
Hostess
First impression on a guest is the hostess at the front door. The guests starts their dining experience when they walk through the front door and are greeted by ourhost or hostesses. They must be professional, curtious, polite, smile and work well under high volume pressure.
Line Cooks
Max's Grille is a high volume restaurant that needs experienced line cooks who are organized and be able to perform under pressure. We pay top dollar for the best of the best.
