Max’s Grille opened its doors in 1991 and quickly became Boca Raton’s favorite neighborhood American Bistro. From the beginning Dennis Max’s goal was to share his vision and love of California cuisine with South Florida diners. Dennis and his team of chefs are convinced that the best tasting food is locally grown and harvested in ways that are ecologically correct. Their quest for fresh ingredients has reshaped our menu and our philosophy. Over the next few weeks we will introduce our new meat from the Niman Ranch in California which feeds only natural feed to its cattle and lets them mature naturally. We serve Bell & Evans Chicken which raises their chickens with an all natural diet supplemented with vitamins and minerals. We import certified San Marzano canned tomatoes from Italy because of the sun drenched volcanic soil that produces the most sought out tomatoes in the world. Our specials change daily and are derived from seasonal local ingredients to create optimal flavors. Our commitment is you will love the food, beverage, great service and value.
